Project Overview

This home was built in 1935, but the clients wanted a more transitional design for their forever home. The house was demoed down to the studs to allow for new, state-of-the-art technology and accomplish an open floor plan layout design, which included larger cased openings and plenty of windows and doors that allow natural light to seep in from all directions. New wood framing with a steel and stair system allowed for the addition of a larger kitchen, den, office, breakfast room, guest suite, basement, kitchenette, two-tier covered veranda, and a third floor playroom.
