Project Overview

This 1926 Craftsman home was in dire need of restoration. Chipped moldings, a slapdash kitchen update, and one dilapidated bathroom left a lot to be desired. A back and dormer addition helped transform the original three bedroom, two bathroom home. A covered back deck was added, the front porch expanded, and interior staircases were stacked to allot more space for the kitchen. The home was awarded new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, a gas fireplace, and security and waterproofing systems as well. New finishes decorate the four new bathrooms, kitchen, master suite, and four bedrooms.
