Project Overview

The homeowners wanted a larger-scale, two-story home with contemporary amenities and an Arts Craft exterior. A new second story with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and laundry room was added over the old structure. The first floor was redesigned with an open layout, and new staircases to the second floor and basement. A single car garage was added to the left of the house with an upper side balcony off the study room. The entire exterior was updated as well and includes a new front porch with a custom made black door and metal roof. The basement was totally revamped as well.
