Project Overview
After looking at various projects individually, the owners decided on a significant remodel to take their home from being just another house to their dream home. Their wish list included additional garage space, an exterior facelift, better outdoor living, and additional master closet space. The final scope included a two car garage addition with workspace and inground car-lift, a two-tiered deck with roof covering, a hardscaped patio with firepit, outdoor kitchen and hot tub, a complete upgrade of the aluminum siding with James Hardie and white PVC trim and altering trusses in the existing attic to extend the master closet.
