Project Overview

The client lived across the country but wanted his childhood home transformed into the perfect place to stay when his family came to town. With a tiny kitchen and dated bathrooms, the home was in disrepair and not functional for a busy family. The quaint feel of the home was maintained with high quality finishes. Every detail was updated including a large kitchen addition, outdoor entertaining areas, new bathrooms, a new garage in a new location, bedroom remodels, and all water and mechanical issues addressed. The result is a home with all the amenities of a new construction and the cherished memories from a family home.
