Project Overview

In this project, an old, weathered beach cottage was transformed into a modern dream home for the clients. The plan included a complete overhaul of both the exterior elevation and the interior of the home. Modern design elements were added throughout, including a kitchen with waterfall countertops, a fireplace with black brick and white stucco surround, floating bathroom vanities, a curbless, glass-enclosed master bath shower, and a cable railing system surrounding the mahogany deck. All the elements come together to create a harmonious aesthetic design. This project is rounded out by the wall of glass along the rear elevation, overlooking the water.
