Project Overview

This project involved a full exterior and interior renovation to create the modern Mediterranean feel the client desired. The exterior renovation included the removal of stone work, all new stucco around the entire house, a new roof, new paint on the trim, plus a covered porch addition. Renovation of a courtyard area and new a sea wall were also included in this project. The interior renovation involved an addition, complete renovations of three bathrooms and a kitchen, and all flooring. Significant changes were made to the interior to completely change the style and feel of the home.
