Project Overview

The clients' goals included an open floor plan, updated kitchen and great room and an extension of the outdoor living space. Features include a large island with seating for five and a custom range with accent tile in the kitchen, and trapezoid windows and skylights in the great room addition. Great care was taken to blend elements from the covered porch, patio and outdoor kitchen addition with the new interior space. The covered porch includes retractable screens and heaters that extend the use of the room later into the year.
