Project Overview

This 5000-square-foot home built in 1978 had never been updated. The homeowners wanted to keep the original style of the home while updating the materials to give it a more modern feel. Updating the windows, flooring, millwork and paint, adding a new Nana wall and a new entry staircase, rebuilding the sunroom, and creating an entirely new floor plan for the kitchen and dining room, accomplished this. The new layout on the second floor includes a large master suite with his and hers walk-in closets. The updated layouts also take better advantage of the beautiful views outside.
