Project Overview

The clients wanted to turn this rental/investment property into their personal residence. Each area of the interior and the exterior received some TLC. The clients oals were met within a respectable budget. Form and function were addressed, with on trend design, purposeful space planning and quality conscious product selections. The personal touches are revealed in the texture of the fireplaces with live-edge wood mantels, the beauty of the dry bar glass counter and the indulgence of the master shower. The goal was to serve the homeowners with excellence through quality construction, accountability, creativity, teamwork and above all integrity.
