Project Overview

From the dark, moody exterior to the warm interior finishes, this house is a refreshing update to the modern farmhouse trend. The 6,400-square-foot space is designed for everyday life, entertaining and leisure. Built in the 1960s, this home went through an extensive remodel to allow for comfortable family living. An addition to the back added a vaulted ceiling and windows with a 180-degree view of the 20 acre farmland. The original brick fireplace, the sport court, and a cozy porch are just a few of the elements that make this home exclusive.
