Project Overview

These baby boomers wanted a city apartment that exudes an ambiance of luxury and also sets an intimate scene for entertaining. Their wish list for this project included a hip bar open to the living and dining area with a view of skyline; a custom floor-to-ceiling light column; eclectic bathroom walls; mood lighting; an eat-in dinette; and an intimate sitting area. The interior finishes had to be soothing yet exciting. Smart home features and sound system were a must. An agate semi-precious countertop, designer textured wall coverings and cerused oak doors are a few of the highest quality materials used in this project. The outcome is spectacular!
