Project Overview

The owner chose this home for the location and the beauty surrounding it; not its condition. Set on an oversized lot that backs up to an amazing wooded creek area, the house needed a lot of work. The home was transformed into a space that is ideal for entertaining with clean lines, open spaces and much needed storage. The new floor plan, lighter color tones and natural hardwood floors are a better reflection of this homeowner's personal style. The result is a beautiful home the client can retire in.
