Project Overview

This 1930s home had been gutted by another contractor who did not properly demo the house and eventually left it in disarray. The homeowners needed to make it livable for their young family, and they desired spaces that would reflect their style and acknowledge the era of the home. Now, the spaces are conducive to daily life and entertaining. The remodel features new hardwood floors; a family room with a vaulted ceiling, beams and a restored church window; a den with a linear gas fireplace; a functional kitchen with a cherry island top; and a large master suite.
