Project Overview

Down a quiet street in the heart of our nation's capital, there exists hidden gems within an airy, contemporary four-unit residence. Previously a single-family home, the client's goals were to restore and reimagine the space with the latest designs. This was achieved by completing a full interior gut and addition, adding over 2000 square feet of interior living space, and excavating a deeper foundation to provide 9-foot ceilings in the basement. The icing on top was adding a 630 square foot Brazilian tiger wood rooftop deck and siding, complete with A/V capabilities, spa-like outdoor shower, gas fire pit and built-in kitchen.
