Project Overview

A 1930s Cape Cod was completely remodeled with a pop-top addition to create the client's dream home. The main level was remodeled to create an open-concept family room and expanded kitchen. The old screen porch and stoop were removed and an all weather porch and welcoming entry were constructed in their place. The new upper level includes a master suite with walk-in closet, office with vaulted fir ceilings, a second bathroom, and two bedrooms with a shared walk-in closet. An expansive new attic completed the upper level. New windows and doors were installed along with plank siding and architectural shingle roofing as well.
