Project Overview

While this home had an ideal location near parkland, it did not match the family's lifestyle. Using a two-stage strategy, the project started with a lower level activity center followed by a main level overhaul. The remodel focused on the need for functional space with detail toward organization and interest in artistic endeavors. The homeowners are delighted with the positive difference the remodeled spaces make them feel. While the open main living area is enjoyed for its sleek, modern appeal, some of the most appreciated areas include the revamped laundry/mudroom plus the new command center, snack kitchen, and reading nook.
