Project Overview

From drab to Fab! The existing 930 sq ft one-story building was constructed in 1988. The main goal of the project was to transform a bland, dated office into a welcoming, functional, expanded space our clients desired. The design-build plan and scope of work included building a two-story addition increasing the square feet to a total of 1,960. Features include all new upgraded interiors spaces that meet ADA compliance standards, durable LVT flooring, two additional exam rooms, multiple staff workstations and a reception area feature wall with hidden storage. The new 2nd floor includes a full kitchen, breakroom, more workstations, and storage.
