Project Overview

This second-story office space was designed to be split into multiple areas to encourage work productivity. Using innovative wall textures and bold colors, an upscale, modern style was implemented while keeping the original structure's classic, industrial look. The new space houses a common space to house storage, executive offices to greet clients, and a conference room area for working meetings. A third space was also built for employee use, complete with individual offices and a common area for drop-in use.
