Project Overview

The existing office for a growing landscaping company was drab with dated finishes that were showing their age. The client wanted a new workspace that he'd feel proud of and his employees would love working in. Although not originally discussed as part of the project's initial scope, the entire interior was gutted and rebuilt after significant rodent damage was found in the ceiling and walls during preconstruction inspections. Features include a new larger crew room, which can now accommodate the owner's entire staff for company meetings. The new tech drop zone and larger kitchenette offer upgraded amenities too!
