Project Overview

The management team of a gated community wanted to transform their pool area. Their old pool deck had deteriorating concrete, so the team opted to replace the deck with pavers rather than repair the concrete. The old pool area spanned more than 7000 square feet and in many areas the concrete was 18-inches thick. Challenges associated with the concrete removal delayed the demo portion of the process by two weeks. The newly paved pool area features the gated community's logo designed with pavers at the entrance of the pool.
