Project Overview

The Yankee Station project was an exterior renovation of a +/- 33,000-square-foot retail center. At the time of construction, the building housed three tenants, and had a storefront comprised of a variety of materials, creating multiple, dissimilar architectural aesthetics. The curb appeal was enhanced to create a consistent and updated appearance, and generate stronger interest from potential tenants. The renovation consisted of the demolition of structural walls to create new openings, and the installation of two blade signs. The existing parapet walls were also raised. The exterior finishes installed were cement board siding, an exterior insulation and finishing system, stone, brick, and LED wall sconces.
