Project Overview

In this 1930s Tudor, the homeowners wanted more livable square footage, including a place to watch TV, a laundry room with a dog wash station, an exercise studio, and guest quarters. Being avid art collectors, the new design needed ample space to display collectibles and also feel like an extension of the rest of the highly curated house. A haphazard unfinished basement was transformed into 1,100 sf of functional and fabulous space for everything from Super Bowl parties to yoga practice.
