Project Overview

These homeowners' wish lists included a large entertainment area, an open space movie theater setting, a full kitchen, and a place for their grandparents to visit or stay for the longer term. The open and unfinished basement created some challenges, including relocating the water heater and extra ductwork. The north side was converted to a large movie theater setting with a large screen TV, surround sound, mood lighting, and U-shape coaches, creating a modern and minimalist space.
