Project Overview

A retired colonel and his wife were looking for a place to relax and entertain with an open bar and comfy den while enjoying the ambiance of an electric fireplace. They wanted a place to display memorabilia and a built-in aquarium for exotic fish. The enclosed area was opened up by installing beams and opening up the bottom of the stairwell. What started out as a closed-in, no-frills space turned out to be a showcase for relaxing and entertaining.
