Project Overview

This basement remodel needed to have defined spaces while still feeling open. After replacing the old, unstable stairs, a music room was built with custom glass doors for sound insulation. Mechanicals in this room were hidden and turned into an interesting design feature with a decorative soffit. A dedicated workout studio was included with a beverage center and in-wall water dispenser, making the refreshed floor the perfect spot for every activity.
