Project Overview

A spacious basement full of potential and a family desiring function, fun and convenient poolside living were the makings of this project. The design features a section with an outdoor shower, laundry, dressing room and indoor baths. In the adjacent area is a complete kitchen, bar and game space. The welcoming media room captivates with a glowing fireplace framed by precisely veined porcelain and is adjacent to the glass-walled gym. Details abound, including marble mosaics, craftsman mill-work, a cat door, red penny tile, Lilliputian sink, automated dog door, mirror-concealed electrical, and rustic double doors.
