Project Overview

This couple's basement remodel wish list included an exercise room, movie theater, fireplace sitting area, guest bedroom, full-sized master bathroom, full bar, entertainment and pool table area, and a tray ceiling. The new basement fulfills all their requests. Trim work, crown molding, tray ceilings, wainscoting, wide-plank engineered flooring, matching stairs and railings help transform this basement into a jewel. Project features include a movie theater room with multi-level seating, sound panel walls, recliner seats, a 120-inch screen, a state-of-the-art AV system, custom pattern carpeting, surround sound, and custom mahogany theater doors. The bar area includes a copper-panel ceiling, cherry cabinets and dark-granite countertops.
