    Basement Over $250,000

Project Overview

The client wanted to do something creative with the 14-foot high ceilings in the basement. He desired a space where he could watch football and smoke cigars with his buddies and could also accommodate family functions. A 12-foot-tall, 24-foot-wide nano-wall opens up the space and takes advantage of the ceiling height. Heaters and automated screens were installed to extend seasonal comfort, along with a golf simulator and walk-in humidor. The entire basement was rebuilt with a rustic industrial feel using distressed beams, stone, steel, repurposed barn wood and oak from a train car.
