Healthy Basement Systems

Project Overview

This is a small basement project of only 535 square feet, so designing everything to fit all the desires of the homeowner was the biggest challenge. Creating separation of the different areas without making them look too small or compartmentalized took much customization. Raising the ceiling as high as possible helped create a more open look, so the plumbing design was critical. The spaces includes a full bathroom, a TV viewing area, bar area, a laundry closet, additional closet space and a desk area. A new oak staircase leading down into the space and waterproof flooring were added as well.
